A sweeter way to stay connected.

For customers

Scan the shop’s QR code, enter your full name and phone number, and optionally add an email address. There is no customer password. Save your membership number, or ask our team to look you up by phone number. Our team awards credit and approves rewards. Joining does not automatically earn credit.

Owner setup

On the Windows VPS, configure the private OWNER_EMAIL and a random OWNER_SETUP_KEY of at least 32 characters in .env.production. Never publish this file.
Open Owner access, enter the setup key and create a unique password of at least 14 characters. Only one administrator can register.
Sign in with the configured email and your password. The secure session lasts 8 hours.
Set up points or stamps, reward threshold and reward description before issuing credit. The default is 10 stamps for “A sweet treat on us”.
Open the QR section in the owner dashboard to download the SVG for your published HTTPS registration URL. Test it on a phone before printing.

Daily use

Search members by name, phone number or membership number. Open a profile to edit details, add credit or redeem a reward, and confirm each change. Every award and redemption is recorded in the activity history. Insufficient balances and repeat redemption submissions are blocked.

CSV exports contain personal details. Store them securely. Change a customer’s promotional consent only with their permission. Ask the website administrator to handle deletion requests safely, accounting for related loyalty activity.

Recovery and data

Use “Forgot your password?” in the owner page with your private setup key to reset the owner password and invalidate existing sessions. Customer information and transaction history are stored in a private SQLite database on the Windows Server, not in the browser.
